Born and raised in South Jersey, Robert “Mickey” Kirvay brings a unique blend of hospitality, heart, and precision to the world of behavioral health billing. A proud graduate of Stockton University, Mickey spent over a decade in hospitality management, where he honed his skills in leadership, client service, and operational efficiency. His transition into the behavioral health space was driven by a desire to bring clarity, support, and structure to mental health providers navigating the complexities of billing and credentialing.
Certified in behavioral health billing and coding, Mickey is known for his calm, cool, and collected demeanor—always approaching challenges with a solution-focused mindset. He excels at simplifying systems, reducing administrative stress for providers, and helping practices thrive with dependable and transparent support.
Outside of work, Mickey is a devoted dad, passionate about sports, music, and spending quality time with his family. As co-founder of a family-owned billing and credentialing company, he’s committed to delivering professional, approachable, and personalized service that reflects the values he lives by.
Stacey Lear-Co-Founder, Clinical Consultant & Behavioral Health Strategist
Stacey is a proud mom of two, and a dedicated advocate for mental health providers navigating the ever-evolving world of private practice. A graduate of Rutgers University and a licensed clinical social worker, Stacey brings over a decade of experience in behavioral health—spanning direct clinical care, program leadership, and professional coaching.
Her background includes working with individuals across the lifespan, with a special focus on women’s mental health and trauma-informed care. As a certified life coach and clinical supervisor, Stacey has supported countless professionals in growing their practices, improving client outcomes, and finding balance in their work. She now channels that passion into the operational side of mental health—helping practices build strong foundations through expert billing, credentialing, and practice consulting.
Stacey is known for her thoughtful mix of funny and serious—she’s equally at home navigating complex systems as she is quoting Bravo or sipping an iced coffee with a good playlist in the background. With a heart for helping and a mind for strategy, she brings warmth, insight, and a touch of humor to everything she does.
